This March, we had a family getaway and visited Spiddal Craft Village & Cafe and lunched at Builín Blasta Café. It was a delightful spot with an emphasis on quality ingredients and food.
The interior is cosy but airy with a lively vibe. We nestled into a corner booth where baby slept while we feasted.
I ordered fish & chips plus a salad. We also ordered waffle fries to share. My husband probably had something with beef, but I cannot recall.
LB devoured the kid spag bol. Seriously, I’ve never seen him eat anything that fast that wasn’t pure sugar.
We truly loved how kid-accepting this place was and the quality ingredients. The salad was so refreshing!
Next week, I’ll be back with a post about our visit to Máíre Ní Thaidhg’s woolly shop. I’ve slowed down to one post a week while I’m on vacation in the States, but back to normal twice-weekly posting in two weeks.
