You know how nice it is to have friends? Well, it’s even nicer when your friends knit…and knit lovely things for you. Well, actually…for me! My friend Suzi is a master knitter who also crochets, spins and has a Ph.D. in theoretical quantum physics.
Last year, she knit me Damask. I was with her and pregnant with LB when I bought the yarn for it in Edinburgh but never got past the second row (CO, frog, CO, frog, CO, frog,…) so she took the yarn home with her and knitted it up with love and skill. Oh wait until you see how it turned out…
