Knitting Patterns from Designers in Ireland

I am sharing two lists in this post, one is a list of Patterns from Designers in Ireland and the other is a list of Patterns from Beyond Ireland [but related to Ireland or Irish themes]. This post focuses on my fellow designers. I am not listing of my own patterns, but you can learn about them in this post.

Update: I have a more extensive list of Knit and Crochet Designers in Ireland as well as Hand-dyed and Artisan Yarn Sources in Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Irish Moss by Alice Starmore (Scotland)

And, sadly, I do not have a knitting pattern for this scene, but I couldn’t resist sharing this window I saw in Dingle.

If you want to know more about what life in Ireland is like for this American, you can read my other blog, Slainté Cork: 40 Shades of Life. Actually, I wrote a post about St. Patrick’s Day here in Cork City you may enjoy reading.

Hi, Evin! What a lovely collection of patterns, and that’s a cute tea cozy you designed! I love the scene at the end, and so did my two-year-old (but he kept saying the animals were elephants, lol). Looks like you plan to be busy for the next month! 🙂
